Elodie Noutaïs delivers French language and Franco-Norwegian intercultural training for Norwegian professionals and teams working with France. Her flagship programme, Working with France, combines operational French skills with cultural intelligence specifically designed for the Norwegian business context — fully asynchronous, on-demand, and built for busy professionals. Elodie trains diplomats at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and brings corporate training experience from CERAN, where she worked with executives from major international companies (L'Oréal, Loewe, Schneider Electric...).
Based in Oslo, she holds a Master's in FLE (French as a Foreign Language) and combines native French fluency with Norwegian language proficiency and a deep understanding of both business cultures. Working with France addresses a gap no existing provider fills: Norwegian-contextualised content that integrates language skills and intercultural competence in a single, scalable programme.
