PROGRAM:

6th of June

• Reception of the French delegation at the headquarters of the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce. Presentation of the Norwegian maritime sector, trends and opportunities for bilateral collaboration.
• Dinner with the delegation 

7th of June

• French-Norwegian conference : Learn more about the French Green & Smart Shipping roadmap and opportunities for French-Norwegian collaborations on decarbonization in the NorShipping exhibition (Hall A) :                                                                                                             - Opening by H.E. Florence Robine, French Ambassador to Norway                                             - Presentation of the French Maritime Roadmap by Sébastien Cann, Deputy Director of the French Maritime Cluster: Pôle Mer                                                                                                         - Panel discussion : Opportunities for French-Norwegian cooperation

• Visit and exchange with a selection of Norwegian and international pavilions
• Evening networking cocktail at the French Embassy in the presence of about a hundred contractors and representatives of companies in the maritime sector

8th of June

• Visit, pitches and exchanges with Equinor. Focus on maritime offshore needs and offshore winds projects. 
• Visit, pitches and exchanges with the Norwegian group Kongsberg Maritime

OUR OFFER :  2,400€ per participating company, eligible for support from TotalEnergies

Included : - Visitor's pass to the exhibition 
                   - Networking sessions on several foreign pavilions including the Norwegian pavilion                                                                                                                                                                                     - Pitch at the Franco-Norwegian workshop and participation in the events and visits listed in the mission program

The partnership with TotalEnergies includes the following actions:

• Financial support of €500 deducted from the mission fee for eligible SMEs (less than 250 employees and not part of a large group, or with a state shareholding (public >50%), public funds), so a final price of 2 400€ before taxes.
• Preparation of pitch sessions in English by a specialized coach, prior to the mission (Thursday 25/05 14:00-18:00 or Wednesday 31/05 9:00-13:00)
