The firm is based in Toulouse, France, and is composed of 3 partners:

- Thomas Fernandez-Boni who heads the Employment Law Department (with a strong international focus) based in the Nordics ( Helsinki)

- Lionel AGOSSOU who heads the Corporate Tax department

- Sandra Thiry who heads the International Mobility Department
