- Posted workers - What should an employer think of and do when businesses are sending employees to France or Norway to carry out work ?
- From the start to the end of an employment relationship - Processes of employing and dismissing employees within the two jurisdictions and advice on differences and risks to be aware of during such processes.
- News in French and Norwegian labor law - In both countries there are several changes being made to the labor law. For Norway there will amongst more be focused on the challenges facing hiring employees from staffing companies. For France it will be focused on recent case law from the supreme court with important impact for companies and with also a short focus on new labor legislation.
- Q&A session - in the event of questions from the audience, the lawyers will do a dedicated Q&A session at the end of the workshop.
