The new meeting of our committee will be dedicated to the topic France-Norway: Doing business beyond cultural differences.
It will be held on Thursday 6th of September, 3:30-5:00 p.m in the CCFN premises (Oscarsgate 27). We will focus this session on « Communication between French Headquarters and Local Branches ».
For this new session, we will benefit from the expertise of two of our members:
- Mrs Anne-Lise Aukner, Managing Director at Nexans Norway. Nexans Norway is part of the French Nexans group, specialized in supplying power, telecommunications, installation, heating cables, and it is one of the world's leading manufacturers of offshore and high-voltage submarine cables.Mrs Anne-Lise Aukner will share her experience in managing Nexans Norway since 2002 and talk about "Cultural differences, as a success factor".
- Mrs Ann-Christine Moberg, Director at Implement Consulting Group. Ann-Christine has more than 20 years of experience as a leader, process facilitator and advisor within HR and organizational development. With extensive change management experience and strong analytical and relational skills, she has supported many large organizations in successfully implementing complex changes.
This is a complementary approach to our tailor-made services within intercultural management that we already provide in cooperation with Mrs Kéa Ostovany, senior consultant and executive coach at Implement Consulting Group.
> The participants are welcome to participate in our "French Rentrée", at 5.00 p.m, just after the intercultural workshop, also at Oscarsgate 27.
