Beaujolais Nouveau 2019

On the 21st of November, the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce organised a Beaujolais Nouveau tasting at the French restaurant L’Ardoise.
Around 40 participants came to L'Ardoise to celebrate this custom and to savour some of the restaurant's "amuses-bouches". The participants had the opportunity to taste two Beaujolais Nouveau wines served with French charcuterie and cheese.
In the meantime, Pierre, co-founder of the restaurant and sommelier, accompanied the guests' tasting with facts about the Beaujolais region and its wines as well as with tips to reveal and appreciate the two wines' flavours. Pierre invited the participants to tell about their gustative experience when tasting the two Beaujolais Nouveau.
