Who should participate?

Norwegian companies and laboratories working within the field of Geosciences: EOR / Drilling / CCS and willing to develop technological and/or commercial partnerships with French counterparts.

Why travelling to Pau?

Pau is the geosciences’ capital in France, and the fact that it hosts the R&D center for TOTAL obviously helps a lot. But the city also gathers a wide range of technological SMEs and startups, as well as research facilities and universities. Travelling to Pau allows you to meet both selected potential customers and technological partners, thanks to our collaboration with Pôle Avenia, the “Geosciences Innovation Valley” and Total.

Why joining this event?

« Rendez-vous Geosciences » is an annual event organized by local cluster Pole Avenia and its partners. In 2016, Norway will be the only guest country, thus granting the Norwegian companies a privileged access to the local business and technological environment. The event gathered last year more than 150 participants, with more than 500 meetings among SMEs, majors, R&D, and over support organisations.

Your trip will include a customized BtoB meetings planning (matchmaking), mingling opportunities and the opportunity to present your company to Drilling/EOR/CCS representatives from the main Technical and Scientific research center of the French Oil group Total E&P.
